My grandfather has a dagger that was give to him by his brother in law that was in WW2. The dagger was from a dead Nazi Officer that he looted it from. Just wondering how much it is worth since it is an antique.

Any book collectors out there? I have an almost complete set of the first english edition of Tolstoy’s War and Peace. These books were published in 1886 by Gottsberger. There are 6 books in the set, and I bought 4 of them at a book sale a few years ago. I’ve seen the whole set on sale at auction sites for thousands of dollars, and I was wondering if a partial set would be worth anything. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have recently inherited a wide variety of collectible and keepsake items from my grandparents. Due to space and financial necessity, (single mother of three teenagers) it is necessary to choose wisely the items to pass on and what to part with. (items such as: comic books, WWII artillary, Occupied Japan, coins, postcards, tools etc.
